QServe Qatar

Qserve UAE., is a Chartered Quantity Surveying Consultancy company established to serve UAE in the field of Quantity Surveying and Construction Project Management. Qserve UAE is an overseas branch of the parent company Qserve (Pvt.) Ltd., established in Sri Lanka in the year 1994, a country famed for its Quantity Surveying traditions. Thus Qserve UAE becomes the fourth international operation of Qserve group of companies.

Qserve UAE has been inaugurated with the intention of being able to provide professional Quantity Surveying services, and other related services such as Value management, Dispute Resolution, Claims Preparation and Management, Contract Administration, Risk Management, Carbon Accounting in the field of Construction to Clients, Consultants and Contractors.

Services provided by Qserve UAE is regulated by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Qserve UAE is also a registered practice with Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS), upholding the professional values espoused by those institutions. In addition, all our principals and Senior Managements are individual corporate members of one or all of the above institutions.

Our Staff Strength

We have our very own Outsource Unit in Sri Lanka affiliated to UAE office to undertake work in order to deliver timely submissions where it allows efficient proper coordination of the work and deeper accuracy giving clients a more control and convenience over the delivery.

In addition, we have a well-established branch in Qatar. Qserve Qatar WLL., is a Grade A Chartered Quantity Surveying Consultancy organization currently employing over 70 technical staff in different levels of proficiency and thus well prepared to provide their fullest support to Qserve UAE.

Qserve Parent History (Our Origins)

Qserve was pioneered by Prof. Chitra Weddikkara who has the unique distinction of being a Chartered Architect, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a Project Manager. She also serves as a Mediator Arbitrator and Adjudicator Expert Witness in the field of Dispute Resolution. She engaged as an Advisor/Member on Construction related Disputes, in the SARRC Region being the holder of a Ph.D. in Law in the area of Dispute Resolution in the Construction Industry, and counts well over 40 years of experience in the Design and Implementation in the construction industry. She is in the advisory capacity of many Governmental boards such as a member of the Procurement Commission under the Constitutional Council of Sri-Lanka , member of Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA) to name a few.

Qserve is one of the earliest independent private practices in Quantity Surveying to be established in Sri Lanka and Qserve UAE becomes the fourth overseas branch to be established. In addition to two offices in Sri Lanka, Qserve has operated three other overseas branch offices, in India (Qserve Global India), in Oman (Qserve Oman) and in Qatar (Qserve Qatar).

Qserve can boast of an extensive portfolio of successfully completed projects in Sri Lanka, The Republic of Maldives, India, Oman, Dubai,Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Hawaii, USA and in Australia. The scope of the projects have varied from complete Pre and Post Contract QS services, to partial services to Outsource services.
